In 2013 we partnered with the W.K.Kellogg foundation and FUNDEMEX to provide training and support to artisan groups to enhance their production, quality, and organizational processes, focusing on the design of corporate gifts as a strategy. Building on this foundation, we partnered with FUNDEMEX to launch the third phase of the project, designed to run for eight months. The goal was to continue the efforts to increase the income of the craftswomen by providing education, product development training, market linkages, and strengthening organizational processes to ensure sustainable income and improved quality of life. artisan groups.

Developed six adaptable design patterns, enhancing artisans' skills in creating new products.
Promoted corporate gifts, securing orders through the "Prospera" Christmas catalog.
Conducted workshops to improve artisans' techniques in fashion accessories and home products.
