Coaching and Assistance for Sustainable Entrepreneurship (CASE)

CASE aimed to enhance the economic security and quality of life for Mayan artisans in targeted regions by fostering the production of quality handcrafts and preserving local culture. The program achieved this through tailored training, design development workshops, and the consolidation of "Kip Tik" as a commercial link between artisans and buyers. The initiative was carefully monitored and evaluated for its processes, results, and long-term sustainability.

Key Achievements:

  • Provided targeted training and support to artisan groups, improving their creative and productive skills according to their specific needs and contexts.

  • Successfully established and consolidated "Kip Tik" as a commercial enterprise, facilitating transactions between artisans and buyers and enhancing market access.

  • Promoted the production of quality handcrafts that preserve and celebrate Mayan cultural heritage in targeted regions.

  • Implemented design development and technical workshops customized for different artisan groups, addressing their unique cultural, social, and economic environments.

  • Conducted thorough evaluations of the project’s processes, results, and sustainability, ensuring effective implementation and long-term impact.
